Device is a System that allows to perform the testing of SORAA LED product in Arts environment. The goal of CBCP Stage of Production Lamp Hot Tester is to detect the parameters of CBCP, Beam Angle and CU for tested part and characterize this part for pass/fail criteria, to determine and to describe CCT, Spectrum and other parameters declared below and to create the report.
BETA device developed as a sequencing instrument that collected data with implementing method of dielectric spectroscopy also known as impedance spectroscopy, and also known as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, measures the dielectric properties of a medium as a function of frequency. The CMOS Functional Tester needs to be available for Fab technition in Clean Room Enviroment. The clamp adjusted nest with 260 pin's socket is used for CMOS insert. When Rx-6 executes a program, it must know-in real time-when external devices controlling a process are changing. During each operating cycle, the processor reads all inputs, takes these values, and energizes or de-energizes the outputs according the user programm. Because the inputs can be change at any time it constantly repeats this cycle as long, as the Rx-6 is in the RUN mode.
